Campbell's Vegetarian Vegetable Soup
I have rediscovered an old childhood favorite- newly heckshered! Campbell's Vegetarian Vegetable Soup recently went O-U, parve, and it's an amazing thing. Besides being a wonderful mid-morning warm satisfying treat, it's super easy to make (you don't even need a can opener), and best of all, Campbell's Vegetarian Vegetable Soup is core! Mmm, mmm, good is right!

Oh - we love that soup! My kids call is "Stone Soup" after one of their favorite stories.

For some reason, I thought anything out of a can was NOT core unless YOU sloshed it altogether yourself. I am so deluded.
I didn't expect it to be core, either- but in a moment of wishful thinking, I looked it up in the Complete Food Companion- and was happily surprised that there was a little checkmark next to it!
now if I could only affect the same situation by looking at my checkbook with wishful thinking!
