I had an annual physical last Thursday, and my doc says my cholesterol level is 100. 100?! That's awesome! Don't know what your level should be? Check it out.And a little pat on the back for me, 'cause I hardly cried when they took my blood- and it only took three nurses.
I don't do needles.
