L: 3/4 cup white rice (3) with spray butter (.5); 4-oz BBQ chicken breast (4)
D: WW Turkey Burger (8); canned mushroom soup (1.5)
That's 22 points, and that's what I get!
oh, and I just realized I started my blog on Friday the 13th... think that's an omen?
