I've since realized that the Silk soy milk that Starbucks uses is not fat free, and therefore not a core food.  So my latte, a grande, was actually 4 points. It was divine- hence I assumed it was 1000 points.  A quick check of the Dunkin' Donuts website revealed, however, that a 16 oz Coffee Coolatta made with skim milk is 170 calories, 0 fat and 0 fiber- which works out to be a mere 3 points. It was awesome!  I really didn’t think I would be flexible enough to do the fancy poses, but as it turns out, the poses were not fancy-shmancy at all, and instead of needing to be flexible to do them, I think I’m starting to realize doing yoga will make you flexible! I drank 64 ounces of water (I always shoot for 100 oz, but 64 is the minimum recommended- eight 8-oz glasses), I had my multivitamin, I ate 5+ fruits/veggies, I had three servings of calcium, and I ate exactly 21 points (1 over target, but I have my flex to use).
